Among them, the c-type warping is caused by the different extension of the upper and lower surfaces of the strip steel in the width direction. The upper surface has a larger extension, and the lower surface has a smaller extension, which is downward c-shaped warping; Otherwise, it is upward c-warping.

1. Illuminator method
The adjustment methods of C-type warping machine mainly include modifying the input parameters of backup roll diameter and adjusting the diameter difference of work roll.
1) Modify the input parameters of the backup roll diameter
Before production, prepare a group of idlers with normal idler diameter, manually modify the input parameters of idler diameter, and input the lower idler diameter. The parameters are changed to 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20mm in sequence. The appropriate input parameters of the backup roll diameter were determined, and the C-type warpage of the strip steel was significantly improved.
2) Adjust the diameter difference of work roll
Before production, prepare a set of upper and lower work rolls with different roll diameters for the finishing machine in advance. Roll diameter difference is 2-3mm or 5mm. Before using the spare roll, Mr. A will produce two rolls of transition belt, and the first roll will use the roll with normal diameter. If the strip still has C-type warp, replace the backup roll with different roll diameter difference.
2. Method of tension straightener
The adjustment methods of C-shaped warping of tension leveler mainly include increasing the reduction of bending roll and adjusting the reduction of straightening roll. For upward warping of strip steel, one adjustment is mainly to reduce the diameter reduction of No. 2 straightening roll or increase the diameter reduction of No. 1 straightening roll by 2-3mm. If the effect of adjusting the reduction rate of straightening roll is not obvious, adjust the reduction rate of No. 1 bending roll to 2-3mm at a time. For the downward warping of strip, the reduction of No. 2 straightening roll is mainly increased to 2-3mm.
